because i love you i missed you he just got back from what would you do out in austin texas i? I flew out to Austin to meet up with my boy, Austin, Lenny, not that I haven't shamelessly

plugged him once or twice on here. And Santos Gloria, both some real estate investors in the

Houston, San Antonio area, got to meet up with some other real estate investors in downtown

Austin. There was old fashions. There was good times.

And we talked about a lot of cool stuff.

We also had one of the head fund managers for University of Texas, Texas A&M.
