Summary
In Florida, Palm Bay Police are called when a witness notices vultures circling around an area known as "The Compound", a 2700-acre abandoned residential development with 200 miles of paved roads but know homes. An area known for crime and illegal dumping. Officers arrive to find two suitcases in the tall weeds, and inside the trunks is the source of nightmares.
