So this is something that we hear of often and something that you have personal

experience with chronic illness and the anxiety around what that feels like and how to best manage chronic illness.

I'd love for you to share some of your thoughts and tips and successes around managing chronic illness if you would.

I'm happy to, as you're aware, I've lived with chronic illness on and off throughout my adult life.

It started when I was about 18 years of age and I would have spells of just

completely non-functionality just being stuck in bed for a few weeks and then I'd get back to

a normal life again and then when I was in my

mid 30s I had a prolonged spell of my body just giving up and being in bed for months.

And ever since then I'm now in my late 40s I haven't

managed to return to normal functioning what I would consider a normal healthy life.

I'm grateful to say that I'm better than I was, but I'm not

better, completely better. I've had to spend a lot of time learning
