Summary

EP53 - your coping mechanisms are allowed to change, your boundaries are a key responsibility and you are allowed to want better communication. I am back with another episode after an unexpected break (life just got super busy guys, I missed you) but that break meant I have so many new realisations and mindset shifts that I want to unpack with you guys. I would love to know if and how any of this resonates with you. Lotsa love as always xxx

Hey guys and welcome to Inside Anna's Mind. I hope you're well. If my voice sounds a bit like,

0:06.3

was it called croaky? I've got a bit of a sore throat at the moment. I just came back from

0:09.6

my bea so that's kind of a given. But it's been like two weeks since I've recorded the

0:14.6

podcast and I don't know why but whenever I leave a longer gap, it's even more like not scary to

0:20.8

come on but because I have so

0:22.8

much that's happened, I almost don't know where to start. I don't know where I last updated everything.

0:28.8

Like, it's just a bit of a whirlwind, but I feel like I've learned quite a few things and I've had a lot

0:35.3

more like realisations and I think something

0:37.5

that you'll notice like in my podcast is that I'll always be like adding on things that I'm learning

0:43.4

and sometimes there'll be whole new realisations but sometimes you'll hear me like repeat a certain

0:48.6

thing but I'll have a new layer on it which I think is also interesting too and I don't think

0:53.0

it's ever a harmful thing to hear something twice, which I used to have

0:57.6

a fear of like ever posting something with like a similar message twice.

1:03.2

And then I remember I met a lovely girl.

1:05.6

I think it was at like a meet a group or something.

1:07.0

And she was like, oh my God, no.

1:08.8

Like I, if anything, that helps even more because it drills

1:11.7

it into my brain and reminds me like the week after where do we start i'm currently opening

1:16.9

up my journal i had a lovely journal search this morning i went to the coffee shop and honestly like

1:22.9

just backtrack for a second i can't tell you how much certain routines help me do certain things.

1:29.5

And I generally don't think I would be where I am today in myself, but also my career,

1:36.2

if it wasn't for these things.
