And today I'm joined by a chef who I've known a long time, who is a really dear man called Gilmeller.

He's based down in the West Country. He's based near Bridport, one of the most beautiful parts of the country.

I met Gil initially through River Cottage and Hugh Ferner-Witting Still, and he's been to

Perch Hill quite a few times for our food festival that we did 10 or 15 years ago now, but he cooks

just, just, just the sort of food that we all want to eat. So first thing is welcome, Gil. It's so nice to have you

here. You were on the podcast a few years ago, weren't you, a couple of years ago or something.

I may well have been, but it's great to be back on again. Thank you so much. And it's lovely to

see, Sarah. It's been probably a few years since I last saw your pace.
