Hi, how are you? I wanted to grab my phone, sneak into a room in my house before all of my kids

descend upon me and the home for Thanksgiving and say a huge thank you, because I've been

thinking about you. I am sincerely and deeply moved.

In my last post, I wrote that I wanted to come back to L.O.A. But I wasn't quite sure how or

what this would look like because I want to really make sure that whatever I do moving forward is

the best use of your time and the most helpful to you and that it's accessible to everyone.

So I received hundreds of emails with loving suggestions and encouragement. I thought I would receive like five,

10, 15, maybe. I'm shocked and I am so grateful that you took the time to write me. I am responding

to each one personally. I'm going like 10 at a time, so it might take me a while, but I want to recognize you

because I know that you're busy and I really appreciate the time that you gave for me.

So over the last like what, two and a half years, I have been going through an evolution, you guys.

Not only menopause, but an evolution.

And I'm really excited to share that with you.

It's been definitely not a super fabulous, awesome road,

but I have come out the other side.

And I really want to figure out what LOA looks like in the future.

So once I do, which I promise you that I'm super busy doing, I will make sure that I will

share that with you. But here's a deal.

I think that 2025 is going to be a great year for both of us.

I really do.

And I promise that I will get back to making sure that you feel seen

and that you feel heard and that you feel valued.
