Oh I agree and I think that so many people are worried about security stability, finances,

help it's a whole lot it's a lot to juggle right now. It really is and you know people

are worried about what's going to happen in one month and three months and six months.

What's the trickle down effect on our economy going to be?

One, our kids going to go back to school.

I think the weight of all that unknown

is really heavy energy.

And I think I was doing a little just reading before the show and I heard this on a podcast and the

whole news thing of if it bleeds it leads,

meaning that the media will use fear to keep people tuned in

and how that actually taps into negativity bias, which is that we're hardwired for. We're hardwired to

look more towards the negative and hang on to it and be more impacted by it. So similar to you have a situation that happens

and there's always positive and there's one negative thing. We've talked about this a lot,

how we'll get 10 compliments and one that's not so glowing and that's the one we focus on.

That's kind of that negativity bias of just tapping right into worst case, fear-based, all that stuff.

But with the news connection, it's causing physical reactions for people,

but it's remembering and replaying that stuff over and over and over again.
