Their titles alone have entered the language and the culture,

blink outliers, the tipping point. Most recently, the bomber mafia. He's host of the revisionist

history podcast. And I'm going to guess perhaps the only Canadian who has mastered the Israeli pronunciation of the word chutzpah.

Malcolm. And you come from a Mennonite community. You describe that as a small community devoted to

service and reconciliation. They don't do honorifics, you say. And you write about how we sometimes

overlook how liberating is when culture abandons the

aggressive pursuit of status markers. But having that in mind, you are unbelievably successful.
