podcast or just from like knowing me in real life I am a real bad at a lot of things

regarding conversation I like to call it interruptus. Yeah I got a

bad case of Travis interruptus. You know how sometimes diseases are named but not

after the people who discovered them but after the people who suffer from them that's what Travis interrupt this is.

I also have a real hard time with active listening.

I have a real hard time paying attention.

I don't do eye contact very well. I'm terrible at

small talk. All of these things, all of these things, all of these things. Well I

think that knowing is half the battle. That I mean that is my that's my 32nd year 2016 goal

self-awareness not self-correction but self-awareness. I just need to know the

things that I'm bad at so I can fix them maybe later maybe that's
