0:52.1	of your background and kind of how you, I feel like your work and your
0:57.8	spiritual journey are intertwined and I actually maybe this is not, I wonder if this is true or not, that you became interested in Hinduism back in the day somebody gave you something at a grateful dead concert maybe is that possible my house is full of dead heads so
1:18.8	Had to ask that question but I just yeah, I'd like to hear about your spiritual journey a little bit and how you got into this as your life's work.
1:30.0	Oh, okay, right. Well, I think that has maybe something to do with things I may have done in past lives. Of course, that takes us to a whole different mind-blowing topic. But in this lifetime, I think one of the significant elements for me is that I was born in a military family. My father was a navigator for part of his military
2:01.1	career in the Air Force.
2:03.4	And in the latter part of it,
2:05.2	he was involved in intelligence.
2:08.1	He was an intelligence officer for the United States Air Force.
2:13.4	And when I was growing up and living in different countries,
2:18.9	because that's another feature of military life,
2:22.0	you move around a lot. So was this during a war? Was it during
2:26.3	Korea or during Vietnam or was it just? This was during you could say the pre-Vietnam years.
