Hi everyone. Welcome to another episode of the Let's Talk Yoga podcast. I hope you are doing well.

It is really bright and sunny here in Redmond, Washington. As I'm recording this, it feels like summer already.

I hope you are enjoying the sun and the heat wherever you are. I wanted to start off by acknowledging that I know I have taken a slightly longer break for

broadcasting in the past couple of weeks.

I did end up traveling to teach at the Sedona Yoga Festival and then I traveled for some

personal things and then the studios just took over.

But I am back.

I am back on the podcast, back on my weekly schedule.

I am very mindful to not just post episodes on the podcast for the sake

of putting episodes out here. We have about 118 episodes available. So it's, I don't want to

create content for the sake of creating content. I want it to be valuable, relatable for you

and for the investment of your time and effort.

And same on my part.

So hopefully we are back on our weekly programming schedule.

I'm also back on Instagram.

I was so turned off by Reels, honestly, for yoga, because there's not much you can communicate

in a reel.

And the real important stuff is not necessarily algorithm friendly.

So I have kind of moved away from the real format. I've gone back to doing good old posts.
