Welcome back to the CEO Teacher podcast as we are wrapping up our 2020 recording year.

I know that a lot of us aren't able to be with our families this year, but I am hoping that

you still are getting to enjoy these few days alone with the people that matter most.

I am so stinking fired up for today's episode.

This is my favorite part of my job. I live for this four-letter word that packs a powerful punch. And no, I don't mean that four-letter word. It's

extravagant. It's in your face. It is intense. And it's the main thing that you're

missing when planning for your business in 2021. So what is it exactly? It's hype. The bottom line is

if you aren't excited about your products or your services, then guess what?

Nobody else will be either. I often brag on the Beachbody community and I think sometimes they get a lot of

hate and a lot of slack for the whole quote unquote MLM situation, but I love watching their

strategies. I think they're so much fun because, look,

you've got hundreds, probably thousands of coaches. They're all selling you the exact same products.

And yet some are finding success and others aren't. So how did those ladies hit the top 10 year

after year? And how does their team continue to do that?

It all goes back to the trainings that they give them, but ultimately it's the hype of the

products because again, they're just like everyone else's that have been used for years on

in that really get their brand and their name noticed. Notice that I didn't say that you need to have

brand new spanking products or a brand new service every single time you launch. All you need is a new

business plan that revolves around hype in 2021 so that you can climb to the very top of the success ladder
