what I want to talk about is the defining characteristic of a sage and that is his or her ability to really get at the core of nature, at the core of reality.

And how does the sage do that through this process called contemplation and

specifically what I want to focus on here because contemplation is a pretty deep

topic I want to focus on the single most important question that a sage needs to use when he's contemplating.

And that question is, what is it?

What is it?
