Constipation is one of the most common reasons kids visit their medical home. Of course,

you might not realize this fact because most people don't like to talk about it.

But believe me, those of us in pediatrics, we see kids and teenagers with constipation nearly every single day.

Constipation is also one of the most frustrating problems for families, from stool holding to bowel cleanouts,

we're going to help parents fully understand the causes of constipation, expected symptoms,

diagnosis, treatment, and prevention. We'll discuss what is normal and what is not. And of course,
