Boston police officer John O'Keefe was found face up in the snow on Saturday morning.

Outside a home, currently occupied by people known to O'Keefe.

The body of a fellow Boston police officer is dead in your yard and nobody from inside the house even comes outside.

State prosecutors accused Karen Reid, who was O'Keefe's girlfriend, of backing into him and leaving him to die in the snow.

It's impossible to report on this without acknowledging the bitter debates

from both sides. Prosecutors point to pieces of a broken taillight. Her lawyers argue the police

report was altered. Pieces of her taillight weren't found until after her car was taken into

custody. First got to that scene at 6 a.m. and did not find a single piece of taillight, and then 12 hours later, boom, they found taillight everywhere.

I don't think there's any kind of conspiracy or anything like that.
