I was having a conversation with one of my clients in the consistency course and we go through this process

where we break down what done looks like, what the ideal looks like, and we break

it down into as many steps as possible.

And then we sort of chart a short term plan based on those small steps.

And she said, it just seems like I wouldn't be doing enough
