Here's the thing.

There's no doubt that every one of us can make massive change in our lives on our own. But most of us aren't doing that. And there's

also no doubt that we can do it faster and more easily if we do it together, if we have a coach, if we have resources

and tools and check-ins. Something that I write down every day in the process of writing down my daily goals is that my life can and will be dramatically different within six months.

And yours can be to. Your life, absolutely, positively, without question, can be dramatically

different inside of six months. Your health, your fitness, your finances, everything.

But how many six-month periods of your life have passed by with little or no change

because you keep telling yourself this one thing won't hurt or you just

don't care or what's the point or you'll start tomorrow. I want that to stop now

and I want to work closely with you through the consistency course to make that happen.

In fact, that's why I made the decision to close enrollment on March 31st,

because I want to make sure that my energy is exclusively

going towards serving and supporting people in the consistency course and

helping them crush their goals instead of having some of my energy

go to that and some of my energy going to getting new clients.

There are so many powerful elements within the consistency course like

weekly progress reports and I'll be doing office hours every single week

where all I do in that time is review those progress reports and coach based on them.
