to you. I wake up every morning excited to share with you. And at least once a season,

I have to remind you that even though on the surface the practices may look different

laying down for a silent meditation or walking around and seeing through the appearances, seeing through the world, seeing everyone

as a form of God as another face of you, or remembering this moment couldn't be any other way, but nothing has gone wrong.

All of these practices seem different on the surface.

There's one common thread, one common purpose, and you're hearing it now.

If you hear it long enough, you begin to fill it.

I have bred at the world no not of and it's not the words the words can take you there but it's a feeling that I and the Father are one.

And all that the Father has is mine, that I and the Father, the sense of I and the Father that I pray to are the same thing, the same one, the same Christ

put right here. And no matter what practice, you pick up what mantra, you pick up, what prayer, you pick up,

you pick up, what you're really picking up is this true.

Only Christ is here.

Only love is here.

That's where all the practices lead,

that knowing without the words.

That feeling without the words.
