Today I want to talk to you about 10 healthy survival strategies to help you with navigating gatherings with family and friends. Perhaps, you know that you're going to see your family members and you experience tension just thinking about having to attend your family gathering. Or, maybe you don’t feel like engaging with a potential religious conflict. Burnout comes in all forms. We don’t only experience work burnout, sometimes we have family and relationship burnout as well.
