Coach, thanks for joining me.

You're in your 30-50 year.

I mean, what is it that keeps you coming back for more and how long are you going to do this?

Yeah, that's a good question.

I don't know, but I know I got a few more years in me. So keep doing it as long as it's fun. And, you know, I think the kids keep you know, they're, I keep getting

older, but they keep staying the same age. So it's a lot of fun to be around college age students.

They're just they're really great, great team, great people, and it's a lot of fun.

So we'll get into the Big Tans.

I know you guys made the NCAAs for an 18th straight year. We'll talk about those in a moment,

but with so much change that's going on in college athletics, how much is it hit rowing and

how much has it changed in your 35 years?

It's, you know, it's definitely changed, but, you know, that old saying, more things change,
