Serena, thanks for joining me, and I mean, a four-year starter.

You've had 115 career matches, 402 sets, and we can go into all the honors. And we'll talk about those in just a few minutes. But as you look back over your career, how fast did the past four years go for you? Oh, my, I flew by. Like, I still feel like I'm a freshman, like getting introduced by the seniors and like feeling my feet.

Like I remember like when I was a senior, it was insane.

The freshman were like asking me for advice.

I'm like, I don't know.

Like why are you asking me?

But yeah, I flew by.

How different is the perspective going into a season from your freshman year to what you experienced this year. Yeah, I think you just kind of know how the season goes. You know that there's growing pains. You know, there's like dull periods. You know, you're going to plateau. You know, you're going to grow. I think you just learn like by your senior year, you know, it's going to go, but you learn to enjoy the moment more. I think a lot of times when you're younger, you're like so results driven and it takes some time to get there.

But like you kind of get how it's going to go.

You don't like over like overthink little things like a bad game or a really good game.

So when a freshman comes to you for advice, say after a loss,

what type of advice did you feel that you could provide as a senior that

maybe you learned as, you know, in the first three years that you were here?
