As we move into the new year, I am thinking about people who have moved from one part of their lives to another,

who have needed to say goodbye to their old life or their relationships,

and have needed to somehow emerge into the world again or into the world for the first time

and into a safer place, a safer environment with

healthier people. And I would love to know how you do it and how you did it and what helped

along the way. It's so important for the listeners to be able to learn from you. So as the new year begins, I'll be doing another call-in show.

And this one with the theme of new beginnings. So if you'd like to have a question that you'd

like me to answer on the show, or if you'd like to kind of give a brief synopsis about what helped you

end the old part of your life and start anew, and what challenges you had, and even also

what was not helpful, what was not good to do on your way. That's educational as well. Please leave a message at
