had childhood trauma of some sort. You increase this to lifelong trauma and the numbers

grow to closer to 80% of adults who've had trauma at some point in their life. And we're

talking physical, sexual, emotional abuse, witnessing violence, having painful experience

to yourself, like a medical procedure that was really, really painful and traumatic, or having a really bad accident, child neglect

or grief, as in somebody really, really close to you passing, or having to move repeatedly

over and over and over when you were young and that causing distress, or having other disturbing
