Hey friends this is fun therapy and my name is Mike Foster and together we're going to dive into the messy and the brutal but

oh so beautiful parts of our not so perfect stories and we're going to do it with a

smile. You see I believe love love is our oxygen. It sustains life inside of us. The oxygen of love allows

us to grow. And yet so many of us resist the very thing that we need. Love that is wanting to flow into

you, to bless you with the nourishment that your heart is desiring.

Instead, we choose independence or isolation.

We convince ourselves we can survive without the oxygen of love.

Until we suffocate and simply wither away.

Friend, I want to tell you. and simply wither away.

Friend, I want to tell you,

you deserve love. You need love.

And today is the day to breathe it in.

My name is Mike Foster and this is fun therapy. Friends all have to admit I'm on a bit of a high from last week. I'm feeling very

grateful today. I am picturing the faces of everybody who came to last week's

strongest workshop here in Carl's Mad. And man, we just did some really good work and met some amazing people.

And had some really honest conversations and I really consider those who attend the

workshop just they're really my heroes because they're digging in and

they're growing and they're going after the things that have been holding them back and there's a lot of tears and a lot of truth and a lot of growth that happened last week so I'm just grateful and sometimes I

pinch myself and go I can't believe I get to do this and I get to have this seat in your life and as we kind of figure out our

stories together and we figure out how to turn our setbacks into superpowers. I want to

to invite you also to the next one.
