documentaries when you subscribe. And this documentary detailed a lot of the work done by a pioneering

scientist and doctor in the field of orthomolecular medicine. His name was Dr. Abram

Hoffer. And if you're not familiar with orthomolecular medicine, it deals with physiology and biochemistry as a way to heal using your own mind and body's wisdom rather than pharmacology.

The brain is considered to be a nutrient hog.

And so when you think about the nutrition that your brain requires, you may find that food and supplements and stress
