Today we're going to be talking about empaths and confidence and how you can maintain high confidence,

social confidence, being around people, interacting with people, and being highly empathic.

And I think this is a super valuable skill or set of abilities to develop because if you tend to be more empathic, you might say,

well, geez, it's really not painful to be around people. I'm really affected in certain ways.

And so I just kind of want to reduce it. I want to minimize it. So there can be some overlap.

There's definitely overlap between, you know, empaths and shyness. And then that can turn into
