Nobody asked, but my mental health score this week on a scale of one to 10, one being bottom of the barrel, the pits of hell.

51.50, my ass, struggle city,

USA. A 10 would be euphoric bliss. You're on a beach, sipping Mai Tai, all expense paid resort

vacation. I'm definitely not a 10, but I would rate my mental health in this moment right now,

a solid 7.7 out of 10. I'm feeling pretty good. I've had some high

moments, some low moments. I've been white knuckling at a few days. But overall, I'm on cruise

control and I can't complain. I'm in a healthy space. So solid 7.7 is a good place to be.
