Is it good to be liked at Media Days?

If it's not, Oklahoma's in perfect position

and Texas is screwed, that's what I've learned so far in Dallas. Yeah, we are in red hot,

scorching hot downtown Dallas, Texas, Tuesday, July 16th, the year of our Lord of 2004,

we're still jam-packed. It's not just an SEC show. Contrary to the background, we've actually got to span

the whole country tonight. College football conference realignment, depending on your

opinion on where it's about to go, was dealt a severe body blow by Brett McMurphy this morning.

Does that fall in line with what we've been thinking on this show? I'll talk about that.

We've got real contenders out there, and then we've got summer contenders out there,

and then some are, some aren't. Which ones are which? I'm going to talk about a couple of those

tonight. I want your opinion on Steve Sarkeesian, just flat out, give it to me like an adult. What is your opinion

on the Texas head coach? I got bold predictions. I've got what ifs. We've got a jam-packed show.

Being on the road stops none of that. In fact, some say we prefer to be on the road. They're watching

us in Roanoke, Virginia, Prosperity, South Carolina, Monroe, Louisiana, Alabaster, Alabama. Thank you guys so much at Lake Kick

Josh. We got all kinds of access out here. Most of my conversations today were off the record

with coaches, a couple of players as well. I share that when I can, but we have gotten a lot of good

stuff out here today. And in due time, we'll sort of weave it into the show. But in the meantime, okay, so conference realignment

has been the biggest collective story in college football for like five years now. It was at this

event, SEC Media Days three years ago, that Texas and OU, three years later,

they're gonna come to the SEC.
