I don't think it was give up.

I think Peter Bendix, the Marlins president of baseball operations, like he saw value

met for Edward Cabrera.

And Cabby, you have to keep in mind, his struggle to stay on the field at points.

I think they saw the opportunity to go and get a guy

like Owen Casey and a prospect like Christian Hernandez and another prospect on top of that and said

the values being met here. Let's go get an everyday corner outfielder for the foreseeable future

and shed maybe some injury volatility with Edward Cabrera. Now here comes Nick Fragela and Counsel.

And Cabrera is upset.
