We left off talking about in many ways the, both the burden and the honor and privilege of being a leader.

That a good leader, very seldom, is somebody who knows they're a leader and has to lead,

but they actually know they're a leader and cannot help but lead. And I know

that sounds contradictory, but it's the ambitious leader who really wants at some level power. That's

often the person who I think brings significant harm to not only themselves but to others. But a

reluctant leader who knows that in one sense

they have to lead becomes the person who can create goodness and order, who can create

what a good king and queen can bring. And what I want you to do if you can just indulge because I've heard you teach on this often,

what does a good king or queen do and then we'll begin talking uniquely about your queenly role in this organization?

Sure. So those of you who have ever heard me teach or have been to our certificate programs, or frankly,

any of our conferences, I'm such a geek about this stuff.

You know about the creation of something called The Matrix, where we talk about prophet,

priest and queen and king.

And really the queen category of those three is about creating order and being able to hold

the role of the prophet, which is the one who's telling the story of the people, of holding

ritual and goodness.

And then the role of, sorry, did I say priest?
