So, the lesson of everybody that I know I am Heinz today and I insight, it's a beautiful

morning and I'm actually recording this right in the morning time.

I hope everybody's weekend was spiritually nourishing, grounding, full of energy, ready

to step into this week's purpose.

But if not, that's okay because we have a new week ahead of us, you know, a new opportunity

to change, right?

Because we always have the pencil to write our story, right?

Whatever happens, we have the ability to rewrite what happens, right?

How we react, right?

What happens next, right?

So if we've been having some unfortunate things happen in our life and I'm guessing a lot

of us have because the world is very tricky right now and there's a lot of uncertainty.

And to get through these times, we're going to need something called complete faith.

Say that with me one time, complete faith.

Now complete faith is something I'm going to dive into in depth in another segment.

We actually have longer podcasts coming very soon.

But right now, Monday to Friday, we are tuning in in the morning, bringing this mindful

practice in so we can be present and get the energy going.

But complete faith is an energy that's going to allow us to trust, stay grounded and believe

in our process, right?

Now for me personally, there's nothing but uncertainty in my life right now.

You know, the global pandemic has completely halted my industry and it's not coming back.
