bless up everybody, I don't know, I am Heinz and today in hindsight, this is your morning

0:05.1

cup of tea. For me personally, this morning has actually been quite stressful, quite rough,

0:12.9

I woke up on the wrong side of the bed, they say, right? But that happens.

0:19.9

Didn't meet my expectations last night, kind of fell asleep by accident.

0:25.0

Didn't fall asleep with intention. So I woke up like I never went to bed at all. And you know,

0:31.2

that happens sometimes. What I've learned as of recently is that it's very powerful.

0:38.0

When you allow yourself to make mistakes, I overshoot what I can do in a week every single week,

0:44.8

meaning my expectations for myself in a week are almost unrealistic. But I like this. What

1:38.8

highest too high and we're not riding our lows too low. Does that ever happen to you? Do you ever be

1:44.5

on a high on Monday, Tuesday, low, Thursday, your backup high, and Saturday, your low again?

1:51.6

Right. It's almost as if we're overreacting to every single detail in our life, you know.

1:58.0

Instead of just having a sound mind, being present, observing, feeling, of course it's all right

2:06.0

to feel good. Of course, it's all right to not feel so good. But I think when we become so attached

2:14.0

to our expectations and failures, to the point we don't know how to nurture ourselves anymore,

2:20.9

that manifests into a lack of self-love. Love is, you know, forgiveness. When we're able to forgive
