For this week's clinical file, we have India, and India is treating a patient with stage one left lower extremity

lymphodema. The therapist would like to use complete decongestive therapy principles

to reduce the patient's swelling. Which of the following interventions is the

most appropriate? So we have A, pneumatic compression devices at 70 to 90 millimeters of mercury.

B is gentle light strokes starting proximally and stroking distally. C is ace bandages placed into a figure eight arrangement.

And D is compelon bandaging performed immediately after lymph drainage.
