as a guy who watches you from afar and his senior career expand, you know, my first

introduction to you was, I think I heard you on bigger pockets back in maybe 2015.

So it's been about 10 years almost and I read 10X and I was like okay this makes

sense I actually reread it again last year because I was like I wonder like how I

would perceive it today I read it ten years ago when I had nothing and I was like wow it was crazy he was talking about a lot of things that make a lot of sense today like you were like dude nobody's using Twitter, I'm gonna just go blast it.

You know, you gotta put in 10 times more work than you thought originally.

And just this concept of, yeah, you might not hit 10X, but you'll get the result you want like it's just 10 times

harder than you think yeah and it resonated having actually done things and so as I was

re-reading it it made me think about like how you came up because I was like, all right,

this dude was a drug addict and he didn't really start until his 30s.

Yeah, yeah, yeah. Like, and then what were you doing? You were just going to

dealerships and sales training like I did I was going door to door you know I saw your

little room out here with all the chairs in it yeah yeah I see it man that was a big room. Yeah.

I'm like man if I could ever get 40 people in one room I'm gonna make it. Yeah. Like I didn't have any

clue what I was doing right. So I just go to a town.

I was scared all the time.

Part of that 10X thing is really,

it was fear-driven.

I think the envy thing is fear-driven.
