Everyone has heard the phrase “comparison is the thief of joy.” Trevor disagrees. In this solo episode, Trevor breaks down why comparison—when used correctly—is actually one of the most powerful tools for growth. The problem isn’t comparison. The problem is comparing results without being willing to do the work required to earn them.Trevor dives into the mindset required to close the gap between where you are and where you want to be. From business to fitness to leadership, success comes down to discipline, consistency, and a willingness to embrace discomfort.

If you want better results, you need to compare your actions to the people who already have them—and then raise your standard.
