KLM City Hopper Flight 433, a SOB 340B with 24 people on board, is on a flight between Amsterdam, Netherlands and Cardiff Wales.

11 minutes after takeoff, the pilots receive a warning light indicating low oil pressure in the right engine.

The pilots render checklist and conclude the flight is safe to continue.

Three minutes later, as the aircraft is approaching 17,000 feet in altitude, the pilots notice the plane is not climbing like it should be.

Suspecting that their right engine is faulty, the pilots decide to return to Amsterdam just to be safe.

As the plane is approaching the runway, their airspeed drops dangerously low to 115 knots, so at a height of only 45 feet, the captain calls for a go-around.

The aircraft rolls right 80 degrees, and the airspeed drops to 93 knots before the plane impacts the ground, less than 2000 feet to the right of the runway.
