0:47.3	phase. Well, I'm trying to, I'm talking, I've been talking to a lot of different people, and
0:53.1	the thing that seems to happen to people, especially in business or in leadership,
0:59.2	isn't too different than the thing that we just described in terms of music and growing up,
1:03.7	which is when you enter into these agreements or situations, you make a decision.
1:10.6	Let's say, okay, cool. I'm going to open a business.
1:13.8	I have a dream to do this thing or to create this entity that's going to have this effect on the
1:19.4	world. Or, you know, at least that's how we look at it. Maybe I'm, maybe I'm being too kind.
1:23.1	Like a lot of people are like, I need to make money. I'm really good at this thing. So I'm going to do that. You are just speaking from a place of inspiration. A lot of people are like, I could do this
1:31.2	and I can make money. So what a lot of people that, you know, I talk to these people who are like,
1:35.3	okay, cool, now I've created this thing. And this thing, instead of being a funnel for my
1:42.2	creativity, it's actually a black hole for my creativity.
1:46.6	So now I see the world in this weird binary code that's like ins and outs and labor models and schedules and money, which, you know, if you have a business, money is important.
1:57.5	It's not, you know, you have to fuel the machine.
