All right, we're going to wrap up this list from WebMD published in 2023 common walking mistakes.

I thought I could do this in two episodes, five on the first day and then the final five on the second day,

but it didn't quite work that way. I just got to expanding on some of these. And so we need

day three for the final three common walking mistakes. If you missed the first two episodes real quick,

mistake number one is wearing the wrong shoe or the wrong fit.

Mistake number two is getting stuck in a rut,

and that obviously is not going to be a problem for everyone.

Some people actually like the routine, the same routine. It's a pre-decision. They don't have to figure it out every day.

But for some, that can be boring, and that's a mistake, because if you end up stopping because you're bored, well, that's a problem.

Number three, listening to music or podcasts that are playing too loud. That's a safety issue. Number four. Also a safety issue staring at your screen as you're walking.

Number five is a safety issue. Not wearing bright clothing, bright colors or reflective fabrics,

particularly if you are walking at night or even late afternoon at dusk as the

sun is going down or cloudy foggy days I mean there are any number of situations
