Today's 10 minute walk is helping both of us remain fitness consistent.

Yesterday I started looking at common mistakes that are made while walking.

My initial thought was I would do five yesterday and five today, but I only got through three yesterday, so we'll do three or four today and wrap it up tomorrow.
