| 0:28.0 | Mike's been privy to my mess ups on both private messages as well as public forums, Mike. |
| 0:35.0 | And so I think you've seen me stumble through these, but I was wondering maybe we should start with some of the most basic mistakes someone can make. |
| 0:43.0 | Is there a number one for you? |
| 0:46.0 | Yeah, I think that the number one is probably more meta than anything else, which is not starting and getting so overwhelmed by the process that you actually never start. |
| 0:55.0 | Or you make a starter and then never do the next thing. |

| 1:36.0 | Every loaf is, I mean, she's baked her whole life, but she's never done sourdough as far as I know, but something about the baking talents and maybe the motherly instincts she just had it. |
| 1:45.0 | Because she made this beautiful loaf, bull style loaf with that perfect, like sort of smiley face, simple, you know. |
| 1:53.0 | And it just looked amazing and I was, I was both happy and discouraged because she was afraid to get started. |
| 1:58.0 | She was like, oh, you know, the recipe looks intimidating. |
| 2:00.0 | I was like, Mom, you know, you're hanging out at home a lot. She's got a chronic illness, right? So she's at home a lot. |
| 2:05.0 | Why not just try it. It's like almost the perfect style of baking for the way that you live. |
| 2:09.0 | And she crushed it. And so yeah, get started. We've already hopefully convinced you guys listening to do that. |
