of the year, music highlights of the year, and a lot more.

All right, today here we are with the 11th and final episode of Common Ground

for 2022.

We are going to do a bit of a random show.

It's always a random show, but we have a loose outline that we're going to try to follow

here today, where we'll talk about running highlights of the year, personally, within

the sport, podcasts, our own, and ones that we listen to, advice, and lessons that we

learn this year, experiences that we had, professional highlights, and then, of course,

music at the very end, and then we'll take a little look ahead to our music show.

23, I know we're a music show with a running problem or something along those lines,

which is totally fine by me.

I don't really have anyone else who will indulge me on the music side of things, so I enjoy

it for that aspect amongst other things, but should we just dive right into it here?

Yeah, totally.

I feel like every time I get on the mic, I'm like, this is the last time I was here when

we were recording last time, but I know I told you offline, but I was super sick last

month, so got COVID, got an additional infection out of COVID, or some type of follow-up
