It's the SECOND and FINAL half of the 2019 COMMANDER SUMMIT! Each year, we gather with prominent members of the EDH community to debate and discuss the hot button issues of the day.We're opening up the floor to Commander Luminaries from across the spectrum. We reached out to many dignitaries in the EDHsphere, from content creators to members of the CAG and Rules Committee, to get their thoughts on things like: Should PW be legal as Commanders? Should the hybrid mana rules be changed?
