I want to make sure my team is good. I want to make sure the clients and customers are good.

Going through a situation like this, I carry my own personal feelings and my personal challenges, but also a strong responsibility

for the community.

I'm also acknowledging that there's so much that is out of my control.

How do I rebound when it feels like I've hit a wall in my career?

So slowly my team begins to be reduced. My scope was sort of divvied up. And then at the start

of this year, they took the rest of my team away. And then I was converted back and I was a individual

contributor. And that was the point where I felt like the last straw for me had kind of broke.

And how do I make sure my team and I are moving fast enough to reach our goals?

There are lots of things that I already wish we had accomplished, but I know that it takes time,

and I know that it's okay to invest the time. I mean, that's okay. That's a good use of time

to try to work toward accomplishing these

strategic directions. But I am just a little impatient, and I wish in many cases that we're
