this person is a part of you that you can't stand that is on the same vibration as this person like a little part of you and then of course you're like I'm not like this person I'm nice and they're like well you've done some similar things in the past and I was like what in other past lives and they were like no no no in this lifetime and I was like oh no so then it's like you have to forgive yourself for the things you've done that are the same.

Today's guest is Lou Sanders. And I'm very excited about this. I love Lou. She's sort of I think you'll be able to tell why I don't know I mean depending on whether or not you know Lou Lou Lou she's a stand-up comedian.

Very, very funny, she has this very cute podcast

called The Cuddle Club, Lou Sanders Cuddle Club,

which she asked me to do, so I did that,

and then I was like, like hey while we were already talking

you should do made of human which I should have I mean she should have done it ages ago

I think I just reached the point where I got a bit I don't know you know what she's just one of the cool kids and I

I always feel weird around the cool kids and I think and she comes she talks about this as well on the podcast she's a very she's a person who's very

susceptible I don't know if that's the right word but to energies like she will take on people's

energies and I know that I often give a lot of energy and I give a lot of not negative

energy but a lot of darkness.

So, and I've heard like her podcast and when she asks people about things where their answer isn't happy,

it's almost like I can like third-hand feel that she's affected by their sadness.

You know what I mean?

And this could also be in my head.

But anyway, so I've always felt like, oh, if I talk too much to lose, I'm going to make her sad with all of my darkness.

But hey, good news.
