Was news to me when they were starting to brainstorm this idea that people still read.

People read, like books and stuff.

Like a lot.

Really? Like so much that there's an entire book talk a side of

tick talk all about books really do we establish if listening to a book is the same

as reading a book I so it's I have mixed feelings. I think for the sake of consuming the

material, it's the same, right? It doesn't matter. Not everybody can read, not

everybody's good at reading, not everybody enjoys it. Literally nothing wrong with doing an audiobook. I do them too, but I think you're talking about specific benefits

reading the words on the page is different scientifically. So we're adding also the subtitles on Netflix

that is reading as well. Yes, it is, it technically is.

I'll take it.

So Abby and I are reviving the Bert show book club.

We did this in the pandemic a little bit to get through quarantine and it was awesome, but we're bringing it back and we're going to have in-person meetings. Like real people!

Like a club! So excited, so it doesn't matter if you read the physical copy, you read it on Kindle, if you listen to the audiobook, everyone is welcome. I'm going to post the link to the birt show book club Facebook group at the birt show.com. Here's what we're doing. We're

gonna read two books to kick it off but you have November to read it December and

then late January we're gonna meet in person to talk about it, and it's a good one.

It's so good. So we're starting off with fourth wing and its sequel Iron Flame, which drops today.

I was so excited that on my way to work when I have a literal five minute commute I turned on the audio book and so I got through two paragraphs and it's already so good.

Is this part of the horny book collection that you guys have been telling us about.
