| 2:15.8 | Bring your knees up to your chest and give them a hug holding onto your elbows or wrists or clasping your hands together, whichever is more comfortable. |

| 2:39.8 | And now give your knees one more tight hug and release. |
| 2:46.8 | You can stretch your legs out in front of you and give them a wiggle and then lie down on the ground or on your bed. |

| 3:14.8 | It's cooler up here and you're zooming past the wispy white clouds. |

| 3:27.8 | Let's take a deep breath in through our nose. |
| 3:31.8 | Feel your belly filling up and now breathe out through your mouth, feeling your belly going down and pushing the air out. |
