anxiety guru. And I think anxiety is something that has almost taken full force for us,

feel like everyone I know is anxious. I don't

know anyone who's not sort of experiencing it on a daily or weekly basis. But I want to know,

have you always been relaxed and calm? How did you get into hypnotherapy? Yeah, so I definitely

haven't always been relaxed and calm. I've had a lot of anxiety

myself and that's how I got into it really, having had panic attacks that started when I was about

15 and I mean, this is a common thing that I hear that actually we wait a long time before we get

help for anxiety, even though it's something we're talking about all the time.

According to Anxiety UK, 10 years is the average amount of time people struggle before they get some help.

And that was the same for me.

I was about 25 before I embarked on a bit of a mission to try and calm down.
