Everything. It has everything to do with health and resilience, which are the cornerstones of my entire platform. This was a super fun and captivating conversation, and I know you're going to find

I still find it hard to hit my protein macro goals every day.

I also want to optimize my cognition as much as possible because menopause brain is real.
