But for right now, I wanted to share with you a very, very special moment where I was blessed to be able to speak to over 2,500 young, incredible women at the Turning Point USA Young Women's Leadership Summit on June 12th in Dallas, Texas.

And in this speech, I talk about ways to combat the toxic boss babe culture in your career, relationships, and various seasons of your life.

I have to say it is such an honor to be able to see my husband and his whole team come together, whether that's Lauren, Tyler, Troy,

my husband, Stacy, Emma, everyone. The whole team is phenomenal. So thank you all for being here.

All the first timers, thank you for joining us. I feel so blessed to have this opportunity to be on

stage. For those of you who

have no idea who I am, my name is Erica Kirk. Formerly Franzvay, I just hung up that

jersey about a month ago, which is pretty exciting. It's been the best month of my life,

being married

to my best friend. But quick SparkNotes version of who I am, so you guys know, kind of

a context of me. I've been in the entertainment industry since I was 13 years old. I've been behind the camera and front of the camera from being a model and actress host.

I've been a casting director for different TV networks.

And I've lived all over the world.

I played basketball in college.

I have my Juris Master in American Legal Studies.

I'm currently getting my doctorate of education

and Christian leadership.
