The Moving Drama Sing is about a thriving arts program within one of the most notorious

maximum security prisons in the United States. Coleman Domingo stars as an

incarcerated person who helps lead the tight-knit theater ensemble.

It's based on a real program, and the filmmaking experience was unique and collaborative.

The majority of the cast is made up of the program's alumni.
